Title: Butterfly
Post by: Dr.Volt on August 07, 2008, 08:24:36 AM
Hey, do you guys know about Dean Trippe's web comic, Butterfly?  I just discovered it.  It's way big fun!  How did I miss out on this gem of a strip for so long!?

Basically, it's a superhero parody of a sidekick of a sidekick of a superhero (that parodies many conventions of the DC universe it seems).  Butterfly is the side kick of an obvious Robin analog named "Birdie" who is the side kick of Knight Bat an obvious Batman analog.  What it makes for...again...is tremendous fun that has a wide, all ages type apeal.  And that's a good thing in my book.

If you haven't read B-fly...I do recommend it.   Here's the link:  http://www.tencentticker.com/butterflycomics/ (http://www.tencentticker.com/butterflycomics/)

I vaugely remember this from a long time ago. It was funny then and it's even better now.
