What is this, at least the third time someone's posted this on this forum that I remember?

Personally, I think the Superman one is better, but both have been mentioned so many times here already.

On the other hand, the same guy has a fairly new Indiana Jones one, and it was okay.  Listening to it, however, made me realize just how similar the Indy and Superman theme songs are.

John Williams loves that sort of thing. I think it's an ascending fifth that he uses so much.  Bits of Star Wars and his other work use it, too.  But don't quote me on that; I'm not a music major by any means.
