Title: Stalker update on Training Room

• Assassination attacks now cause a demoralizing effect on PVE targets that survive the attack. Demoralized targets To Hit value is reduced, and the target may be frozen in terror.

Looks like waiting to roll a Stalker has paid off. :)

Now all I have to do is decide what power sets I want to try.

Nah, it's currently on test now, it may not even go live.

Actually, according to this (http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=info&Number=10861600&bodyprev=#Post10861600), it should go live tomorrow.

Grr - and here I cancelled due to technical and personal issues, when I have a L15 Katana/WP stalker that was already kick-butt.   :verf
