I had an idea to make an aura "pulsate" on vx_male mesh. I can hex on a aura, but how would I go about making it pulse? I have thinking of making 3-4 auras each a slightly different size then have them turn on/off at certain intervals. Anybody got any ideas?
Maybe some color and alpha intensity shifting? (Can these be done?)
can't see how you would flip between different sized auras that each exist on a separate mesh piece, but by assigning additional tgas to the mesh's skin cycle you could, by using alpha layers, have a skin that pulses in intensity and colour, from pale to intense in regular pulses.
I am thinking maybe an animated aura? I attempted this before with little success. Has anyone been able to animate a mesh?
I imagine you do this in Max by keyframing the scale on the aura's physique to increase and decrease.
