GG's drummer thread made me remember it. I did martial arts for a lot of years, and can pretty much put my first where I want it to go, but this guy's precision amazes me. Yes, boxing and music can mix.

No coincidence, at our kung fu school we train with drumming exercises. My sifu is also a music teacher and a while back we developed a system for increasing hand speed, while (more importantly) being able to measure the increase. The best way to measure was beats per minute so we took the basic drum exercises and performed them with punches.
That is some serious control. (good song too, nice to know someone else out there has heard of Yello)
I checked out some of his other videos and found them kinda facinating. He does it so apparenlty effortlessly, there's almost something zen about it.
