I'm looking for some non-traditional foes.
Grunts, mostly, but supervillains are fine too. Thugs, monsters (humanoid or otherwise), undead....it doesn't matter, as long as it's original or at least non-traditional.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance B92

3Dmaster did a bunch of
skeliton skelaton undead warriors. Do a search in the mesh list. He is listed there.

Here's a group of villains I did. The thugs are basically recolours, but they all come with hero files for FFvsTR.

These guys are all original.

This is a small super villain team.

Some dinosaur human hybrid thugs.
There are also a few other thugs in my yahoo groups, I think. I know I did a two-toned army (Thugs that TAS Two-Face would have).
Syn did prisoners, armored thugs (or that's how I used them in Exiles), robots, and zombies. Since his site is down, you'd have to have someone send them to you. Also, I believe there's an IG thug pack out there somewhere as I used to have it and it included alien thugs, metal thugs, etc.
Maybe they aren't original, but there are "theme" thugs at Character Obscura (see my signature). They were intended to supply the Private Army for the '60s TV versions of Batman foes (now if I could just get that attribute to quit crashing my computer). You could also include the Madmen (also at CO) in that group. Anyway, I hope to add some technicolor thugs, the kind you see working for The Master Planner or someone. All the same costume, but in blue, green, and red/orange. Would go on either Male Belt, Male Belt Guns, or maybe The Phantom mesh.
Two-Tone thugs for Two-Face... I had never thought of that. Now I'll have to do some.
I've been downloading assorted things that I think may be useful for thugs and such. There are AIM and HYDRA thugs, some ninjas (TD Ninja), Male Hunchback, Male SH (Duuuuh... yeah pboss), Male Rshoulder (I think that's he name of it-it has a shoulder pad with spikes on it), the Pulp Fiction has midgets, gorillas with machine guns, and an assortment of minions that your standard Devil Doctor might have. There are barbarian meshes, Male and Female Draconis Verstatile meshes, Male Titan and Giant meshes... the list goes on. Most have skins that you can use for a thug of some kind.
Then here are the skins for the Soldier meshes...
You also need to check out Alberick's 1880s thugs. Whilethey go on the standard Thug meshes, they are all sufficienty different to add a different flavor to each thug.
Don't forget the Runt mesh that Volsung converted for FF.
Texas Jack's Goon mesh works wonderfully for a super-burly thug.
Valandar has done D&D critters like orcs, goblins, troglodytes, and beholders. Plus many giant monsters (Godzilla etc.) and roughly a million Transformers.
Syn has done some great robots.
The Forum Battle Royale 2 mod has a whole bunch of weird and wacky meshes and skins that can be used for custom villains and thugs. If you want a dwarf wearing a fez or a characters made entirely out of hovering eyes, you can find it in this mod! Get it here:

You can find in my group some recolored Thugs. Look for FF1880 Thugs.

Are these the meshes with weapons? I think there are 4-5 of them?
Will check out the others.
