It's possible... but also remember that urban legends regarding organ snatching abound and to the best of my knowledge none have ever proven to be authentic. In many of these legends, the 'victim' is left behind in a hotel room missing a kidney or something like that.
It's REALLY unlikely that an organ snatcher is going to leave money behind in some macabre kind of 'payment'. Anyone evil enough to kill children for their organs is evil enough to keep their money and probably smart enough to dispose of the body without leaving a lot of evidence behind.
For that reason alone, color me skeptical.
Sounds bogus. It would be very macabre if true, but I don't believe it without better sourcing.

I concur, there is enough of this sort of thing on the news everyday. I consider this to be a place to escape the nastiness of the world.

That was my exact thought after reading the article. I come here for fun and entertainment, not gory gross death scenes.
