Ive trieed the links on the Freedomfans page, for Filefront I need to be a sibscriber - no free servers have it. 2 links are dead and the other working link seems to have download errors
FilePlanet says allows free membership registration...
If that doesn't work, check the Game FAQ (http://freedomreborn.net/archive/index.php?topic=41006.msg581630#msg581630). There is at least one alternative link listed there and hints on a useful Google search string that can be adapted to 1.3. Google is likely to get you links as up to date as people here will have, since most people downloaded the patch a while back.
Worse case if you cant find it, one of us can probably throw it up on a server somewhere...

Oh and Cat, I do believe you hosting it is a great idea, sometimes freedomfans exceeds its bandwidth. :(
