I got a hankerin' to create a female dual blades/willpower or spines/willpower scrapper on Freedom. After much thought and experiment, I came up with...nuthin'. NUTHIN'! So with the great response to Ephy's thread, I thought I'd open one too. Here's the contest:
-Come up with a basic concept, name and costume for a female dual blades/wp or spines/wp scrapper.
-It doesn't have to be a very detailed backstory or anything, the most important to me is the basic feel of who a character is and the look. It can be any era, any theme, any feel. Those familiar with my toons know I tend to have off-kilter characters, so really, the sky's the limit. Serious, funny, freaky or period toons - all are welcome.
-As with Ephy's, design in the character tool and post a screenshot.
-I'll pick the winner(s) Friday
-The prize will be 5 million for a toon of your choosing. I'll have to double check where all my toons are, but I know I can fund either side Freedom, Infinity, Champion and Virtue villains. Multiple winners will like split money or each get lots or something, depending on how much I love the character and you. :P

Two things I should note:
-Multiple entries are allowed
-When I say I tend to have off-kilter characters, that just means I'm not ruling those kinds of entries out. I *do* think I would prefer a normalish, even traditional looking character. A lil hottie to call my own!

Oooh... I like that, Komm! I really like how the dagger shirt pattern matches up with the Justice pieces. The yellow/gold trim not so much, but overall it's a really striking* look.

I got impatient and started early. :P Thanks to everyone who showed some designs, I appreciate it.
The winner is Verfall with his hottie...now MY hottie! :wub: I imagined her as a superspy type of character and named her Mood Indigo, after the Duke Ellington song.
Runner-up is Kommando. I made a WP/Energy tank on Infinity and Virtue (dunno which I'll settle on), using the Feisty hairstyle (http://cityofheroes.wikia.com/wiki/Issue_11#Female_Hairstyles). It's a combo I wanted to try, and the red energy glow works with the red gloves.
