Thanks for this wonderful resource. I'm finally discovering Freedom Force after buying it some years ago and never really getting too far. You've been a great help getting my interest in this game going. :)
That said, I wouldn't be a forum newbie if I didn't use my first post to request something, would I? ;)
Does anyone recall any hero files of knights out there? I've done a search through these forums for "knight" and "paladin" but haven't really come up with anything that might match a holy knight, which is the custom character I'm looking to put into the game. I guess what I'm really looking for is something like a Thor character, only he's got a sword instead of a hammer.
I've always enjoyed playing displaced knights in these types of settings, and a paladin is suitable for a hero, right?

For a mesh/skin, check here (http://www.fxforce.com/FXINDEX.html). Open the menu, click on Skins/Meshes, and select Photoskins. There's one or two there you could get away with using for a paladin or goodly knight. Then, of course, check out the rest of the goodness on the site. ^_^
As far as a hero file, you'll have to come up with that yourself, or ask for assistance in the Hero File Discussion section. There are probably a couple other hero files you could look at for inspiration, such as Sir Justin (I'm blanking on any other kind of armored knight sort of characters at the moment).
There's also the Black Knight, P-G. Until his "lightsaber" days, he was pretty much a fairly modern take on a guy in chainmail with a cloak, sword, and helmet.
And there's also Renegade's Shining Knight mesh.

For Hero Files, you could check out either Taskmaster X's website or USAgent's Yahoo Group. Both have a wide variety of characters.
