Is it the Scourge that wears the armor and has the horns? If so, I have a skope that was started by FLASH_22798 that I can pass off if someone wants to finish it.

Yes, the Jack MOnroe's scourge, that fight and apparently killed Baron Zemo...

That's the one. I don't think it's finished yet. And it's for :ff: as opposed to :ffvstr:. And it still needs a skin. But like I said, if anyone wants to finish it, I'll be more than happy to pass it off.
