Interesting, but some of those connections are really weak, particularly the ones that link to most of the genre shows.  Saying a show is in a shared universe on the basis of crossover characters is one thing, but saying the same on the basis of background name/prop/model in-jokes by the makers of a series is quite another.  Like the use of the name Weyland-Yutani: that doesn't so much connect those shows together, as connect each of them to the Alien series, which predates St. Elsewhere, or Yoyodyne, which also predates that show.
