Anyone know who did this skin and/or where it can be found? Thanks in advance for the help.

I believe that's UE's doc ock and I think it was on his google page site which seems to be down as of now. You may wanna try to pm him.

I think his skins page is down, but I am not sure. PM him and he can point you in the right direction.

the page is down, and at the moment and in the fore see able future i wont be releasing any of my past skins
