Title: JLA mods and Danger room trouble

I have ff VS TR and I am honestly terrible at mods and the danger room, I just don't know how to work any of them. I have managed to stick characters in the game but I still struggle with stuff like how to get hero files in the game etc. Anyway thats off topic.

My problem is how to work the danger room mod and the JLA ones and all those. Can anyone help me understand WTF I have to do. I download the JLA one but it doesn't play, and I don't know what to do with Danger room.

JLA and Danger room are for  :ff: only, that`s the reason.
Besides Danger room and Rumble room are quite similar actually, rumble room has more options.

Crap, is there a JLA one for vs?

I don't know how to danger so I don't think I will be able to work rumble unless I get some help in a topic or a link to it at least.  :)

The Rumble Room is built into FFvTTR.  If you meant the x-men Danger Room mod, there is no FFvTTR version.

There's a button, right on the main menu that says "Rumble Room."

It's right there.

Oh yeah I have that but whats the mod that lets you watch AI vs AI matches?

EDIT:

I have the AI fights but they always walk away from each other.

What can I do?

I also have Crisis for Vs but it doesn't work.  :huh:

Easiest way to do that in FFvTTR:  FFX3!

Not only does it add a new Rumble Room mode where you can do exactly that, but it also adds all sorts of new attributes, attacks, a new and smarter AI system, and other goodies.

Get it here (http://www.ffx.freedomforceforever.com), but be sure to at least look through the manual.

I believe your hero files will work as is.  It won't replace the actually Rumble Room.  Same one, new options.  In fact, it installs as a separate mod with its own shortcut.

Make sure you look through the manual before asking any questions.  If you're still confused after that, ask away.

It is looking very nice.

If I can just learn how to install the A.I packs (I don't undertsand what they do) and put other peoples info on them I am happy.  :thumbup:

You don't have to install any AI packs or nothing.  It all comes with it.

Just take any character you want to run with the new AI, and take them as your characters into the RR mod call AI generator, or something of that sort.  It will end on it's own and you can then play against the smarter versions of your characters, or pit them against one another.

Is there any updated ".HERO" files with these moves and A.I's?

I would love someone to have made a Hulk with these new moves.

Taskmaster has some.

But seriously, you can have a lot of fun making them yourself.

The AI is not contained in the Hero files anyway, and the same is true for a lot of the FFX stuff added to a hero file.  Since the AI can be automatically generated, you generally can just make them on the fly, so there isn't much of a need to include them.

I don't have a lot of faith in my abilities to do it but I may have a go now.

I just need to have a look where Taskmasters are then.

The one thing to keep in mind when downloading and using other people's Hero files, is that they may have assigned it to a mesh that you may not have installed. So if you use a hero file from Taskmaster or USAgent (for example), and in-game you can't see the character, you might wanna make sure that you have the right mesh...
