Male Muscular Tall Wildhair ahs somewhat spikey hair, as does Texas Jack's Beast Boy. There are probably others, but I can't think of any.

A few off the top of my head:
Ren's Kyle Rayner mesh
Ren's Power Ring
Ink's Pyro
Tommy's Kyle Rayner

I'm not totally sure which would be the best for Iceman though.
