Title: Slowest hero/villain in comics?
Post by: Outcast on October 24, 2007, 04:43:33 AM
I've been thinking about this some time ago, and well i haven't really kept up with what's been going on in the comics these days.

I think it's pretty easy to know who is the fastest man alive in the comics. But how about knowing who is the slowest of them all?

The only one I could think of is the Juggernaut. So, do you guys have any opinions on this?  :P

I'm pretty sure Juggernaut can run pretty fast. ^_^

The Blob definatly....Juggernaut can probably run pretty fast considering his power and the Blob cant be moved so i would assume he cant move himself too fast either

When I saw the thread title, I had to pause, wondering if it meant mentally slowest.

There's the Turtle, a flash foe who can sap speed. But he is the slowest villain. I'd have to think Yellowjacket would qualify, because growing to 60 feet tall can't make you very fast.

never heard of the turtle but as for yellowjacket i assume if hes 60 ft tall his speed would be proportinate to if he was 6 ft tall but then again not really sure what kind of speed we are talking about...running speed, reflex speed, fighting speed, overall speed...?

A 60 ft. man might be a bit ponderous, but he'd still cover ground pretty quickly, just because his strides are so long.

Slowest hero would be The Blimp, from the old INFERIOR FIVE series. He could barely do more than hover, and needed a tailwind to get any speed going.

i'd say The Slug.  The guy needs a hovercraft to be moved.

I'd say Harvey Comics' Lord Lazee is a pretty good bet.
