Title: Help! LOL!
Post by: SDawg on October 21, 2007, 06:53:04 AM
Hi, I'm new to the forum and I need help.

I just got the Freedom Force vs. The Third Reich yesterday and I am looking for some good generic skins (I can't make my own because I don't have an art program) or some X-Women characters.  I downloaded some yesterday from sites found on google but none of them seemed to work.  Can someone please post meshes or skins that work for The Third Reich?  Thanks! :ffvstr:

BTW I would like most of the generic ones to be female as well.  I will talk some male heroes too.  Thanks.

If anyone has anything based on action girl I would appreciate it.  I am having problems with the skins for many characters.  For example I have a skin for Apocalypse but he doesn't move.  I don't know where to get keyframes for him either.

Thanx that helped so much...I am still having some small issues...I downloaded the mesh that INK did for the Black Queen and it is not working...does anyone know how to make it work?  I have tried several different ways.  Thanks.

You may need to convert it, for that you need EZ nif converter, get it at

I think the issue may be capes because every character that has a cape that I have tried so far hasn't worked.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

You have to convert the .nif file (named character) for the mesh and for the keyframes for the specific model.

Open Ctool2 and check if the model that you downloaded works, if not convert it using the tool above, open ctool2 again and check it out, it should work now.  ;)

There are a lot of "generic" female meshes scattered all over the place. The biggest assortment is at:

http://games.groups.yahoo.com/group/Beyondermeshes3/files/

you might go to the Mesh forum and check out the Master Mesh List. It also has a list of assorted Yahoo groups, some active, some not, that might have what you need.

Same situation: they are all over the place. Interceptor has a bunch of teen females at his Yahoo groups, Renagade has 12-year and 14-year old caped and capeless meshes at his Yahoo groups and Male Basic Teen Tall is at Beyondermeshes4. The there's Sidekick Lad, but I forget where he is from.
