how do i make a mesh smaller or bigger with nifskope?
Right click and Transform-Edit-Scale.
Normal hexing.
What GGiant means, in more than six words, is the following:
1. Right-click on the NiNode named "Scene Root" and select "Transform => Edit."

2. In the NiNode - Scene Root Transform/Edit window, you may enter numeric values in the "Scale" field or use the up and down arrows on the right to increase or decrease the scale value by increments of one. When you have found an appropriate size for your 'skoped mesh, click on "Accept." Then save your work.

Thanks.
Okay, then after that, how do you make it work again? I took Male heavy and reduced it to 70% of its original size, with the intention to make a Monk Mayfair mesh. It no longer shows up in Character Tool. Do I have to re-assign keyframes or something?

Changing the scale never makes it stop working. The most it will do is change the speed of the animations. It must have been something else you did.

Probably. I just wish I knew what.
I'll start over from scratch.
