I recentley bought :ffvstr: and have yet to be able to play it.
I am using a European Version of the game (the one with the CD Key) and have tried both the original and a no-CD fixed .EXE. I did have issues with the CD Key though, since I added the Fixed EXE before entering the code. Now when I un-install and then re-install, the original EXE comes up with an error telling me it is corrupt.
I can load the menu screen no problem, It's when I go to start a mission that everything goes wrong. I can see the opening sequence just fine with no issues at all. However when I reach the first loading screen of the game, it reaches something like "Object Mesh (16 of ###)" and then just quits the entire game altogether.
Is this an issue with my PC, the game or my own stupidity? Thanks in advance guys.
Meyby you somehow damaged or removed some of the dat. files or removed the mesh of something i prefer uninstall\remove\delete\destroy\kill\etc.... whole game and insall it once again normally peacefully wait until all comes to 100% tells you installation complete\done\blablabla run it normally without any fixed stuff like No-Cd Exe\Hacks\Something and if it still won't work check is the CD\DVD undamaged if it is try to fix it if it's not ask for advice someone else :P
