How would you make slow or extremely slow hero files interesting/fun to play with in Freedom Force?

Teleporting helps, a-la Microwave.

Also, the movement attributes in FFX, like SUPERLEAPER, can be fun and keep those characters in the action.

Ranged attacks, including throwing, help. I have some slow golems set up with Heavy Lifter, and sometimes the way you know they're coming is that you get hit with a thrown car.

A whoooole lot of endurance also helps for slow, burly character.

Interesting question.

Teleport swap is another option. Maybe some infinite range penetrating beam/homing projectile set to Taunt could be useful too.

give them a summonable partner/minion that casts bouyency and speed boost on them. Then, whenever they have the energy they can boost faster.

One thing that might be interesting to try is giving POLTERGEIST and UNTOUCHABLE AURA to the character in addition to ranged attacks. That way, there won't be a major need to move hastily. Oh, you might throw in PRESENCE in there, too.
