I tried downloading this skin at this site. http://www.alexff.com/stuffKX-DC.php
Problem is , the keyframe suggested by the readme doesn't seem to work.
Anybody here got a working skin/mesh of this guy?
I had the exact same problem with the exact same mesh. I have several different Taskmaster Cordless meshes ("plain", face, noface, fx, etc), and none of the keyframes from any of them worked.
This seems to be a common problem to me: the keyframes named in the readme file just don't work. What I've started doing is, if I can, tracking back to the original mesh, making sure IT works, making a copy, using Nifscope to hide/unhide parts as needed, and moving the skin. I've had to do this to several characters to get them to work.
I've come to the conclusion that something is corrupting the mesh files. I don't know if it's being zipped/rared/whatever, static on the line, storage problems on the server, or gremlins. I can't see any other explanation (and I do check to see if the mesh is for FFv3R).
So, yes I have a working version of this Noman, after scoping a version of Taskmaster Cordless to fit. I will be glad to send it to an e-mail address sometime over the weekend, or you can scope your own. I would advise you to learn how to use Nifscope, though. Y'know, kind of "give a man a scope, he can play for a day, teach a man to scope, he can play for a lifetime", although not nearly as serious as the original.
I have a Renegade´s noman mesh.. works fine!

I'm impressed you could already do that through Nifscope daglob . :o I'm really tempted to use Nifscope now. Although i doubt i would really be any good with it. I find it hard to follow the tutorials i'm reading. :banghead: But if you could spare the time to send the working mesh to my email address, sure would be appreciate it. :P

:o Didn't know Renegade did a noman mesh. Wasn't able to see Renegade's toybox before it went down.
The more nomans the better. Like to see Renegade's version as well. Would it be too much to ask if you could also email it to me.
My email : lone_gamer-outcast@yahoo.com
Thanks in advance guys! ^_^

I think the problem with Taskmaster-based meshes is that Grenadier released a couple of different versions of TM, and the keyframes aren't all compatible with each other.
Outcast: Send Renegade´s Noman Cload and No cload
Many thanks Juanjete! Cool! 2 versions of Noman! Cloaked and No Cloak. ^_^ Didn't know Noman took off his cloak sometimes. :P I think using the Cloak suits him better. :D
Thanks again! Hope I can return the favor someday. ;)

NoMan's gimmick is that he has a bunch of identical android bodies and can transfer his mind from one to another. But he only has one invisibility cloak. Sometimes he'll have to jump bodies, but isn't able to hand off the cloak before he switches, so he has to make do without it.
The bodies also don't all have to be blue, although they usually were (I remember a specific story drawn by Gil Kane with a non-statndard android. Need to dig out my comics...). What would that power be, Russian Doll? And give the new version the ability to shape-shift to the cloaked version?
I have Renegade's Noman too. Both versions are VERY pretty. As was said, the more Nomans (Nomen?) the better. I did one myself for Male Basic Pointy Hood.
