Ohh my gosh!  Man, that's freakin' terrible.  I bet people actually fall for that, too.  I wish there was some way to report people like that, cause the cops need to pay them a visit.  They're probably stealing the pension from some old lady as we speak.

(http://home.graffiti.net/stumpyanker:graffiti.net/emoticons/banned.gif) It would be sweet if there were some way to send them fake info where you could track when/where they tried to use it and then have them arrested.

I remember reading a dialogue someone had with one of those exiled Nigerian princes (how many of those guys ARE there, anyway?). He emailed back and forth with the "prince", doing everything BUT giving them his information. He then forwarded the whole lot on to the FBI.

There's a pretty famous case about someone who deliberately lead one of those scammers on and injected plot elements from Lovecraft's Cthulhu stories into his dialog with them. E.g., he was late sending his bank account information because he was being pursued by members of the Church of Starry Wisdom, etc. It was pretty hilarious if you've read Lovecraft or even just have a feel for the Cthulhu stuff (like I sort of do from reading the old Deities and Demigods book for AD&D).

Not being able to count, or express it properly in written form or lists, doesn't equal smart.  They haven't gotten smarter, just fancier.

But that clearly falls under the "cruel & unusual" part of the Geneva Convention.  (Grizz is unusual, and seeing that is definitely cruel)

Only if they are still sane enough to report it. Hell I used to be sane till I saw him shake his money maker after getting out of the shower.

*jibbley jibbley*

But the doctors tell me I'm doing much better now.
