Only for your own personal/private use I believe.
I'm surprised I don't have a copy because I ransacked every Max file I could find.
IPS is most certainly correct, (look at how Syn upgraded wolverine) although i don't have the max file. the original ff file is in one of his yahoo groups. check the promotions forum.
