The teasers are ALL fake. They are planning on making a 4, and 5 or 6, for that matter, but haven't even signed up the cast, or even confirmed the director or finished the script.
these teasers are obviously fake. The first one just meshes footage from the first three movie trailers, as well as the now-"banned" World Trade Center teaser trailer for Spider-Man 1. Not only that, it's especially long for a "teaser" and it's way too early for them to even have it. You'll have a casting announcement before you'll see any footage.
the second teaser combines a lot of footage from other Marvel films, including Hulk and X-Men, as well as other movies like Batman Begins.
the second clip with Stan Lee was very cool though. :)
man, i know im going to hate myself for saying this...but i actually WANT to see that remaining fragment of the symbiote become Carnage.
