Title: Interactive Master Mesh List

OK so I'm going out of town in a few days, and my job doesn't want me starting up on anything new or big, so i had some time to kill. And like all wacky ideas, this is what came out of it.

I took the contents of the Master Mesh list.
Parsed it down to an XML file.
And then put a little front end on it.
Nothing fancy, heck maybe not even useful, but now you can filter by mesh creator, and search against the filename.

Warning, the search is slow since its searching through a big XML file as opposed to a database, but its something.

Goggs, this is great. Have you thought about incorporating preview pics into the list? I was planning on making a ton of 'em for the Wiki, and I'd be more than happy to pass them off to you as well.

Only two things...

1 ) You have my nick as "Valanadar", not "Valandar" when I'm listed by myself. :P

2 ) For some reason the only mesh listed for me alone is the Kingdom Come Green Lantern I made years back. :D

I just parsed the HTML code.
Its not me.... ITS NOT ME!!

(ahem)

As i said, because it was nothing more than a scraping of HTML there are gonna be some "issues"
I have figured out a couple of problems on glance, and will try and get an updated one up later today.
But no promises of any fix in quality or accuracy.
This was all about being lazy with time to kill :D

Ideally the whole list needs updating as there are still a bunch of Gamma Patrol links etc...
But as we all know. That is one major undertaking that is tedious at best.

List is cool  :thumbup: anyway list need some update there are is a lot of meshes on yahoo groups and other sites but are not on any list i saw in my life  :(  i know making a list with all meshes is impossible couse of their number but...

I just checked my master list, and Val is indeed listed as "Valanadar" on the KC Green Lantern mesh. His name of Valandar is correct on his other meshes.

I take responsibility for that one.

The xml code just needs to be corrected on that one mesh, and in the creator browse section.

Also, as an aside: This list is based upon my most recent one, and is not by any means up to date. Therefore, many meshes by Tommy and Ren and Val are not listed. This list is also not representive of hexed/NIFskoped meshes (except in very small cases wherein the mesher utilized hexing in the initial release to tweak things he could not in MAX (Feledio's meshes with KennX).
