I'd delete Matrix Guy before the gm's do it for you. Or gday shoots you for being a clone.

You won't be banned, but your character will get a funky name like "Generic 0001 238 7710".
Everytime you play the game you agree to the EULA. Somewhere in the EULA, character clones are mentioned as a no-no.
You can keep the look, it's pretty generic, you just need a new name.
