I've always sort of liked the idea of featuring Anarky as a recurring Robin villain, so I second him.
I've got an Anarky skin by TAP43 for anyone that needs it.

There is a Spysmasher skin by KennX. I'm pretty sure it's on his site.

It's how he appeared during John Ostrander's Suicide Squad ... my all-time favourite mainstream DC series.
Yeah, I haven't read the comics, but the mod based on them is one of my all time favorites, for story as well as game play.
