I have a Superman Steel mesh and one if his ranged moves is that he raises his arm with the hammer then waves it in the air and then throwing it. I want the first sound effect to play as soon as he waves the hammer and not when he raises his arm so I checked Sound tab of FFEdit to try to delay the sound. I fiddles with the Loop Delay with some values but they don't seem to have any effect. How can I exactly delay a sound effect to make it play consistently with the desired action of the mesh?
Make a copy of the sound and add blank space to beginning of it.
