this is pretty tricky.  what i've found from working with Tommyboy's meshes, is that i would need to first open up the nifskininstance,  and look at the nodes it's attached too.
then delete the nifskininstance (while its still in the original mesh)  and the paste it over on the new mesh,  in the appropriate parent node  i.e. bip01 spine1 for a chest plate.

Okay, I did it but it just becomes color white on the game.

Hmm you might have deleted the whole branch instead of just the NiSkinInstance.  Try right-clicking and then remove, instead of remove branch.

Thank you all but when I try putting the Nick_Fury_Gren Jetpack on the male_basic_rifle mesh,
The flame does not come out. :(
What should I do?

The flames are actually another part of the mesh.  It's called a particle emitter.  There are some tutorials on copying and pasting particle effects from one mesh to another.

This might be helpful, it's a quick and dirty tutorial.. i might be completely wrong though so don't hate me if it doesn't work.. the real tutorial is out there somewhere...

Thanks Rev,
But I don't need it anymore.
I just copied the PArray(Particle Array I think)to the jetpack.
