My brothers-in-law and I did some music recording this weekend and we want to get a cover together, so it looks all official-like.
The CD cover image we're looking for is wind-blown seeds from a flower kinda like this (http://www1.istockphoto.com/file_thumbview_approve/584854/2/istockphoto_584854_dandelion_loosing_seeds_in_the_wind.jpg) or this (http://photos.jibble.org/albums/Dandelions/dandelion_seeds_being_blown.jpg) or this (http://images.jupiterimages.com/common/detail/10/38/22573810.jpg).
I visualize earth tones and a simple coloured background - no horizon. The flower would be on the right, and the seeds floating to the left -- as if you're looking at it from the side. Don't worry about text and all that, I'd take care of that.
For sizing, just think typical CD cover size (4 inches by 4 inches, approx.) and I would love to get a psd file for my own tweaking, if that's what you use.
There's no payment for this project, but I will put your name in the liner notes (the CD will only make its way to our family, etc., so we won't be making money on it either) :)
