After searching for such mesh, I think this is the closest you can get.
Use this (http://www.alexff.com/eznif.php) tool to convert FF1 mesh to FFvT3R.
Or you could use the NPI Conversion Package.

ok i have the mega man one and personally i dont like it because hes not short and really im hoping to get X and Zero maybe even Axl if anybody is up to the task
It's not 100% prefect, but I will agree that it's much better than most things I would have tried to come up with. :)
Awhile back, I attempted to skin the classic colors on him, and didn't meet with too many problems. Someday I'll finish this one and try out some of the "Weapon Acquired" colors. (except for Quick Boomerang's 2 shades of "birthday cake pink"! Uck!)
I also tried to do Quickman's costume, but I think I'll want to hex the head thingy in order to see it look right. My kingdom for new keyframes... lol
