I have but one question for mainly the leaders.....How and where do I sign up. What server do i have to be on? and does it matter what level my toon is to join?
Can't answer how you sign up, someone else will have to field that one.
To answer your other questions, it doesn't matter what level you are and the Freedom Reborn SG is only on the Freedom server.

You've posted here, so that's one step done. I'm not sure who you've talked to in-game, but you'll need to do a team-up with some FRers before being invited into the SG.
