Well, I'm not sure, Carlos; but I would guess with cape animations being tricky at best... to do one that does not look silly on a dog is probably very very difficult. I don't know for sure, but it is an educated guess.
White Knight hexed a cape onto the Wolf mesh... probably the closest you're gonna get to Krypto:
