No. Additional stat editing would have to be done through scripting, such as the attributes in FFX.
It's a tool that makes the strength,speed,agility,endurance and energy more than ten.
I forgot where it is.

As pod hath said, there's not a tool (that we know of) that changes stats beyond 10 without scripting and coding...which is readily available in ffx and the other thread you posted.
I find it annoying that I answered your question and posted a second thread when you didn't get the one you wanted.
There is no such editor, but custom attributes can achieve the same thing. If you want help making these, you have only to ask. The answer to this question is not going to change, however.
