I use the EZ Nif Converter (http://www.alexff.com/eznif.php) by Lightning Man, but there is also the NPI Conversion Package (http://newpowerinc.com/NPI_Conversion_Pack.zip) at NewPower, Inc. I hope these tools help.

Thanks alot. I have tried the EZ version on two different computers running two different OS's and got errors both times. I'll ry thr NPI version.
