I dont' know how I know this, but I think he's refering to the Freedom Reborn Supergroup for City of Heroes.

If that's the case, look for the appropriate sub-forum as this forum is NOT exclusively for that game and was actually started for a different superhero game before being spread to that one.

The appropriate sub forum is at the bottom of the main page under the "City of Heroes" subheader.
