This is a :ffvstr: Problem
When I go into the rumble room the green bubble which manifest to tell me that the character's flying attributes works continues through the whole session. This is a relative new thing (I think) for me. Is there a correction for this also how do I turn off the bonuses (white plus signs, red, white and blue stars, green bubbles) in FFX (latest update)?
Thanks!
The only time I've noticed the bubbles is when I used the Ropeswinger attribute for Ink's Batman_v2 mesh. I changed the attribute to flier instead and I haven't seen it since.
Yeah I just realized it does it for ropeswinger and glider only but it has nothing to do with what mesh I use.
It's because those attributes use the Boyant state to grant the character flight. The green bubbles are merely the fx for that state.
Cat:
I found the fx for the different character states. Do you know if it's possible to remove the nif reference or replace it with a dummy/blank nif so these fx do not occur? Or perhaps I could just hide the nif using nifskope?
It's not a major issue, but I agree with Afghan Ant that the bouyancy (and a few others) are more annoying than anything else.

Any nif can be over ridden. Just create an fx folder with the exact same name and directory as the one in the zip and it will override the original.
This is a weird bug, AFAIK. I remember having it from time to time, but it never occured in an obviously consistant manner, so I gave up debugging it. Haven't seen it in the last few moths, err, months.
