Title: Trouble with FFX

I have recently downloaded the FFX mod, and the ffx edit module. even affect following the manaul I do not understand how to get the new in game attributes to work.  I am trying to get shape changer to work and I am at a loss.  I have done everything the manual says.  I beleive I am missing step somewhere but for the life of me I cannot understand what it is.  When  do you type in you command to have this as a power.  Thanks

1.  Which game and what version of FFX are you talking about?

2.  Are you using the FFX shortcut?  You have to use it, or nothing will work.

3.  You don't type anything in.  It's never necessary for shape changing.  Make sure the shapes your transforming into have the temporary form attribute.  They won't work otherwise.

4.  You're missing something in the manual, and unless you describe EXACTLY what you're doing, it's going to be like pulling teeth to figure out what you missed.

I edited an orginal character Dark Wolf who is a guy in armor.  I wanted him to be able to turn off the armor and have more cop like attributes.   Yes I have the temporay form on Dorian Kaneis.

I have edit the character Dark Wold given him glider, shape changer, combat master.  I go into the control center find Dark Wolf the option for shape changer is there I pick the eletric sparks FFx, melee 1 animation, select Dorian Kanies as the tempory form and hit save (nothing happens by the way should window appear or anything) I go into the Game and nothing.  The power doesn't appear in the character creator.  The attribute is there.  Also it seems that none of the attributes are working. Like glider should I have to pick flier and glider for glider to work?

No power is supposed to appear in the character editor.  Take the character into the rumble room, select him and have him right click on himself and the transform option should appear.

I believe glide is independant, you don't need anything else, but you will have to wait about 1 second for the flight to kick in, then you can fly as normal, with the new limitation.

what mission are you trying on? You're not making a mod or anything are you? Becuase FFX needs to be initialised for every mission it's used in.

I believe I founf my problem, I did not know that these powers will not work with SuperHero TV and that watch mode had been included in the mod. thanks for the help folks.
