is there a mesh that has a javelin? like male, plain without a skin, and the stance is like tarzan you know?

there's a male staff mesh, the staff has a hexable spear head, tho I have no idea what a tarzan stance is.....
Also on FXForce, there is a series of meshes for Entwaidamela's avatar, and you can hex everything off but the spear. And yeah, no idea what a tarzan stance is...
forget the stance then what program do i use to hex?
