Hey there! Anyone know who was part of the decision making process to kill Captain America in Marvel? Quesada? Anyone else?

Something more along the lines of what I did with my drawing of Michael Moore that featured Captain America (on my website in the Inking section). :cool:

Brubacker. He had decided to run this storyline about a year ago.
If Civil War had been released on time, this would have happened about five months after the end.
Marvel Editorial decided to shoehorn it into Civil War though.
