ive got all the u-foes except vapor.my idea for her would be a semi-transparent woman with swirling gases or smoke.when she flies her lower torso would be replaced by a smoke/ gas trail. thanks guys.
I have a Vapor skin and just use the FFX attribute of Gaseous Form, which works fine for me.
