I downloaded a couple but the flaming skull looked like giant white pixels. Any good ones out there?

something must be up with youre video card and its ability to render alphas...

Xdud's Ghostrider seems to work really well.

Speaking of which, is there a version of Xdud's ghostrider that walks in stead of using his bike? (I know, I know, Ghostrider without a bike is like...). I have the problem that when GR picks up an item he kind of slides over the ground.

You can switch the keyframes out with male_basic style keyframes. You'll lose the bike and the chain animations, but he will run without the bike, and pick up items normally.

XDud's GR is ok, but it is VERY high on the processor memory useage.
