Hi everyone. I recently managed to pick up a copy fo FFvsTR, took a while I know. I've managed to install the game with no worries but when I try to start the game it asks me for a disc-key. I know my way round games and computers but I want to know where the heck I can find it. Not give me one, or a crack or anything else which I'm know is against the forum rules.
I've check the usual suspects - the game manual, printed on the CDs but no key can be found on any of these.
Can someone please tell me where should the code be located. I'm very worried I may have been sold a game by my local store that I can't play. Is the code located on a sperate book from the game manual, a little sticker or somewhere else? All I have is the game manual the 2 CDs and the bonus DVD. Is there something missing from my copy of the game?
I won't be able to help since I don't recall that there was a CD key when I installed. But, you might want to mention you are using the Digital Jesters (UK) version of the game so that someone using that version knows to speak up.
My code was printed on a little white sticker above the disks.
I just reinstalled the game and never had to enter a key. Fired up the game and was never asked for one.
MyndVizion, keep in mind, there are two different versions of the game. The American version is what you apparently have, but steel_spartan apparently has the European version.
