anyone have it?
Yeah Nymph, if you'll PM me your email, I'll zip it up and send it to you.
:EDIT: Scratch that, sorry man, but I've only got El Diablo, Eve, and Bullet, no Ant!
ok np
anyone else???
will an administrator destroy this thread......
I found it.
Well, someone PMed me, interested in this as well, they might be greatful if you'd post where you found it.
I just saw an old advertisement today for FFvTTR that said if you ordered the game through the official site, you'd receive four new meshes.
I'm thinking now that these 70's versions of Eve, Ant, El Diablo and Bullet are these meshes? If not, what were they?
And yes, I'm interested to know where the meshes could potentially be found.
I have all 4 if anyone needs them PM me and i can send them.
Nymph, I sent you a private PM to get those meshes.
Thanks so much!

Also sent you a request for all 4 '70s meshes early this morning... Forgot to reply here in case you might have gotten confused as to what I was asking for.

I got the files, but after unzipping them, they are in a (.7z) format (I think). Hate to ask this, but how do you open them?

.7z format is also known as "7zip" which is an alternative to the .zip format. Just search for UnRar because it can open just about anything.. provided you have that type checked off when you first install that program.

Cool, thanks Quill. Also, (Dumb question), are these for FF1 or FF2?

The '70s meshes are FF2 related because they were incentives to buy "preorder boxes" of the game in the US launch and each store had different codes for a different character. The UK launch however has the 4 bonus characters on a bonus DVD that came with their version of the game.
I assume that positive responce to the '70s characters would have nudged the next follow up towards the 'Bronze Age' period. However in the FreedomFans forums there was some debate to which period would have been more successful and only a few people traded these bonus characters among themselves after the promo had ended.

Thanks again Quill.
*bump*
Okay, I'm resurrecting this thread because I'm curious if anyone was still willing to send me copies of all of the '70s meshes.
Send them to my e-mail address: crimsonquill2002(at)yahoo(dot)com.
Big thanks if you can.

I've thought about this for a while now: Should I just post the 70's meshes on the ToyBox? I don't think it would be a problem given the current state of things, but let me know if you have an opinion otherwise.
Yes. PLEASE post. Much appreciation, comrades.
N
If you did Ren I'd probably give them a download.
I have 70's Ant, but I have been wanting the others. Ren if you put these up on the Toybox I think it would be a boon to the community.
 Great ideal Ren.
I almost forgot about this thread
I guess I'd better get on this.
Didn't 70's Diablo have some weirdness with his head?
I'm still looking for these four meshes...someone that's got 'em and willing to send them to me, hit me up at: mindgrafter@yahoo.com or dallasfreak@hockeymail.com or deathsjester@hotmail.com
Anyone have images of these '70s characters? Or whoever it is from the second Freedom Force game? I never played it, so I don't know what I'm missing. :D
All four 70's characters (Ant, El Diablo, Eve and Bullet) are avaliable here: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Freedomforcemesh/
I bet these will be in the new version of the Toybox when Ren reopens.
