Are the links at the Liberty Bay downloads page (http://libertybay.freedomforceforever.com/mod.htm) all I need to download to play this mod? Are the current links there to the latest version of the mod? :unsure:

Yes, those are the latest public releases. We have an Alpha being tested, but only developers have access to that. When it comes to Beta testing, however, we may need an extra tester or two.

Same as any mod. Unzip them and plop them in the main FFvTTR folder.
EDIT: You'll find the shortcut you'll need to use in the liberty_bay folder.
