How do I install hero files?

You drop it in the same folder your hero files go.

Actually I check the wiki and could seem to find anything on hero files.

Is this for FF or FFVTRR?

FFVTTR. I can't find a folder marked "Heroes" like FF had. So, I'm a bit lost.

Here is the folder

C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Application Data\Irrational Games\Freedom Force vs the 3rd Reich\Custom\Heroes
