Suggestions: Dr Destiny?

Does anyone have any suggestions for a Dr Destiny hero file? I'm using the Volsung/Rev mesh/skin, so it's the Timm universe version. 'Dream manipulation' is a tricky power to simulate in Freedom Force.

Just off the top of my head...

An beam attack with knockout as a carrier, if you have FFX3, to simulate sleep.

I'd use the Summoner attribute and add custom characters, like a medusa character or any monster that you think could be in a nightmare. Dr. Destiny has the power to manifest nightmares to attack their foes.

An area mind blank.

And just because I enjoy it, even though customizing it is difficult for me, you could use the Illusion attribute. 

Or perhaps a clone target move, so you'd summon your opponent's 'nightmare selves'.

Teleport, too.
