with the five attributes of  ffvstr would someone please mine give me a character  that is represenative of levels 3 5 8 10 for each attribute Strenght, Speed, Agility, Energy, and Endurance.  I would appreciate the help I am having trouble creating characters that are balanced so these guidelines would be a tremendous help.  Thanks

Revenant

There was something posted somewhere a while ago, about this... it's basically what you are comfortable with and what feels balanced.

Here's some off the top of my head... there are no wrong answers, it's all opinion.  I'm flexible too, so they can move around!

Strength

2 - children and elderly... Aunt May, Billy Batson
3 - normal human, not trained in combat... Jimmy Olson,
4 - peak human... Batman, Catwoman, Punisher, Daredevil, The Flash, most X-Men
5 - low-level metahuman... Wolverine, Beast, Captain America, Hawkman and Hawkgirl
6 - metahuman... Spider-Man, Reed Richards
7 - mid-to-high level meta... The Thing, Green Lantern, Dr. Doom
8 - highest-tier meta... Power Girl, Colossus, She-Hulk, Martian Manhunter, Aquaman, Magneto
9 - near-godlike strength / Alpha-One class... Superman, Hulk, Wonder Woman, Thor, Capt. Marvel
10 - godlike strength... Hercules, The Specter, Sun-charged Superman

Speed

This is for movement speed
3 - Jimmy Olson again
5 - Wolverine, guys who can outrun Batman
8 - Captain Marvel (DC), Quicksilver
10 - The Flash accessing Speed Force

Agility

This affects dodging and accuracy i think.
3 - Jimmy Olson
5- Wolverine, Batman (he can be beyond peak human in this area)
8 - Spider-Man, Thor, Green Arrow, beings that could easily win the Olympic Games in archery
10 - Wonder Woman,  The Flash, anyone with godlike reflexes who has a chance at dodging light-speed projectiles

Endurance

3 - Jimmy Olson
5 - Batman, Flash
8 - Wonder Woman, Capt. America, Martian Manhunter
9 - Superman, The Marvels (DC)
10 - The Hulk, Juggernaut

Energy

3 - Normal Humans...  Yes, that means you, Jimmy Olson!
5 - Low-level, inexperienced mutants / trained fighters, Olympic level atheletes... Batman, Daredevil, Wolverine
8 - Storm, Magneto, The Hulk, Human Torch, most DC A-Listers - these are your powerhouses at energy manipulation, they only occasionally tire, and only when expending great amounts of power
9 - Dr. Strange, Jean Grey
10 - Galactus, Dark Phoenix, The Specter

If I remember right, I believe a strength of 4 is strong enough to rip up a stoplight and swing it around (unless you used FFedit to change the mass of the poles). So I personally tend to keep all my "normal" characters (Batman, Daredevil etc...) down around 3 and children elderly etc... down at 1. This basically means that for balancing sake, my characters tend to be rounded down to lower levels, but its just cause I dont think that Normal human characters (no matter how conditioned or trained) should be able to rip up a lightpole... plus i like the idea that someone like Batman couldn't take a swing at the hulk and do massive damage.

But like Revenant said... its a personal preference that depends on what your goal is with the characters what type of play you like.

Thanks this is going to help alot

not to argue with Rev (I love his work!!) but I look at it like so...

Strength
1 - Aunt May, kids
2 - normal human (non combat types) - Jean Grey, Scarlet Witch
3 - combat veterans - peak human - Batman, Cyclops, Wolverine, Green Arrow
4 - roughly 1 ton range - Beast, Captain America
5 - roughly 10 ton range - Spider Man, Killer Croc
6 - 50 ton range.. Luke Cage, Rogue
7 - 75 ton range... Thing, Aquaman
8 - 100 ton range - Wonder Woman, Wonder Man, Iron Man (some versions anyway!)
9 - 100+ tons - Wonder Woman (w/ gauntlet of Atlas), Thor, Sub Mariner(at peak)
10 - Obscene strength levels - Cap Marvel, Hulk, Hercules, Superman

Pretty much agree with all the speed stuff.

Endurance

1- Aunt May
2 - Jubilee, common thugs
3 - Gangsters, Soldiers, Cops
4 - Cyclops, Gambit, Green Arrow, Nightwing
5 - Batman, Daredevil, Flash
6 - Cap America, Wolverine, Colossus
7 - Rogue, Luke Cage
8 - Thing, Aquaman
9 - Wonder Woman, Thor, Superman
10  - Silver Surfer, Hulk, Spectre

pretty much agree with the rest

Podmark

My stats were largely based on Alex's hero file work and are very similar to Wickerman's.

Revenant

I forgot that there was a 1 rating!

All my stats are hopelessly wrong!!
