Keyframe Question

This may be a stupid question, but can you use NifSkope to build a set of keyframes from scratch using "Cut" and "Paste".   Just curious curious if the concept is possible.

Maybe not from scratch, but from next to nothing, it'd be pretty easy. I wanted to try this very idea out, starting from the civilian keyframes from NPI, because they had all the non-essentials cut out.
