 was able to load the skin folder by installing Nifscope to my PC with everything on it.  My laptop only had a few meshes.  Now the problem I am having is that while attempting to nifscope it keeps crashing. I am also having the same problem with charactertool when switching meshes.  Could this be related?

I'm going nuts trying to figure out how to rotate weapons into a decent position after skoping them in, and its driving me nuts!

(I am currently trying to replace the hammers on male_2hammers with 2 lightsabers from the male_basic_lightsabers_effects mesh - the hammers being held, that is)

Sometimes, if rotating the "NiNode" isn't working, you can get the results you want by rotating the "NiTriShape" instead (and vice-versa).
